The Idea Behind
Growing number of us are leaving Nepal for reasons beyond my comprehension. What I do know is that we love Nepal no matter what the reason for leaving Nepal is. Each day, I witness people’s love for Nepal as comments left on different blogs. I witness Nepali people’s problems posted in different forums. I have always wanted to enable people to do more than just post comments on blogs. I have always wanted to do more than just witness people’s problems.
Rangeen Chara is the title of a popular song by Nepathya. As most of you already know, the song is about Nepal and rangeen chara refers to her citizens that have left their nest. Since this blog is mostly for people who have left Nepal, I decided to use Rangeen Chara as the title.
In this blog, I will try to address some of the common problems I have seen people from Nepal face. Given that I succeed in receiving enough response from my readers, I have specific plans to develop a forum that people will run. An online community that prospers by sharing ideas, knowledge and their love for the motherland.
Very shortly, I will be posting ideas to keep in touch with family and friends back in Nepal. Sending free sms to Nepal, calling Nepal for free, receiving PC-to-Phone calls from Nepal for free. I am also planning to work with you to find out calling cards that give the best value.
In near future, this blog will cover methods to build credit history, methods to get good deals on auto loan, auto insurance, health and health insurance related articles and yes, college search tricks and online degree program reviews.
I believe that people’s participation will help Rangeen Chara attain its colors.

Thanks to the site maker, specially who create the idea.As far as my concern is SMS and phone call, which is not only important but effective too.phone card r time taker and expensive.So great job done make it sustainable and cost-effective too.

Great idea. It is really a hard job to make calls to Nepal using phone cards. It never improved. I feel pity when same card works great for India and other countries. I believe this is not the fault and weak of card company but the service of other end (destination). So we have to bring big change. I appreciate for ur great idea.
