Gaun Chhodda – A heart touching animation by Nepali artists
August 2nd, 2008
In my very first post “The idea behind”, I mentioned that Rangeen Chara is for people who left their country for a variety of reasons. The reasons are many but the conflict in the country definetly played some role in a way or another.
I came across this animated video that beautifully illustrates how people have been forced to leave their home during the conflict. Sanyukta Shrestha and Niyukta Shrestha are the animators while Mansoe Singh composed the music.
Your comments would definetly encourage the team to do better.
Enjoy !

Sanyukta Ji,
I am glad to have you write on my blog. People really liked your work! If the feedback you received motivated you to do better even a bit, the blog would consider itself successful.
I wanted to pass you more comments to your work that people left elsewhere. Here is the link:

As far as introducing myself is concerned, I thought my blog was my introduction!
Keep visiting…
Thank you all for liking it but didn’t really want to make anyone ‘almost cry’, sorry.
I like ‘the idea behind’ Rangeenchara. I should know such a sensitive thinker like you. Please introduce yourself to me.
I have visited Nepal few times. This animated video replicates the situation Nepal went through. A beautiful country shattered by war and poverty.
I never thought before that animations could touch our heart
Very very nice…….
Neelam
I almost cry while watching this video. Really, nice. Thanks for sharing.
