  • Add phone number(s) you will use to make calls for PIN less dialing using the form below. For web-calls or calls from unregistered phones, you will need PIN code.
  • To Call Using Your Phone: just dial (1)(567)248-0071 and follow voice prompts. Dial only the 8 or 10 digits Nepal number eg. Kathmandu: 14371XXX, Pokhara: 61430XXX ; Biratnagar: 21530XXX ; Butwal : 71540XXX ; Mobile : 98412XXXXX and so on.
  • For web call: Click on the widget on the right pane and follow instructions. Dial destination number as described above.
  • You can view your call history by clicking on links at the bottom of this page.
  • No account maintenance fee, no connection charges, no expiry dates

Hello Nepal

Introducing EasyPIN: You can now generate a 6 digit PIN for particular destination. When you enter the EasyPIN instead of the regular PIN, the system gets both your PIN and the destination number making redialing much easier.
Note: You can now call all destinations in Nepal, both landline and mobile.
When using webphone, use headset for better audio quality.

ya i have tried for the new pin system. it is working well..

  2. March 11th, 2010 at 00:00 | #2

@ursbinay As per your feedback, we have developed a new EasyPIN system to make Webphone dialing much easier. You can obtain a 6 digit PIN by entering your PIN and Destination number. When asked for PIN, enter the 6 digit EasyPIN and you are all set. No need to dial the destination number either! We would love to hear your feedback!

I had been using the calling card for calling Nepal. I could talk 100 minutes using that card and it costs me 50 NOK. also the voice clearity was good but when i tried the rangeen chara i have been able to make just a call to nepal, also from this it is almost imposssible to connect through mobile or the land line from the U.S. number given.

I too use this service and sometimes face similar problems. We are working hard to find good termination providers to Nepal. Providing best quality calls to Nepal is not an easy task but we would not be satisfied until we get the best.
I also take your feedback about PIN dialing seriously. I will see what we can do to make the process faster. By the way, which Country/City are you in? May be we can provide you local access number!

    @nabin_421
First of all, thanks for trying HelloNepal. Are you using the web-phone to make a call or are you dialing to the US number provided?

We know that the problem you described exists; our call termination provider currently is providing low call quality and is deducting money without connecting the call. We are working on replacing the provider with another one in a day or two.

That said, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and as a courtesy we will double your last purchase. I request you to keep using the service and provide us feedback so that we can do better.

We have sent you an e-mail with our apologies and have doubled your calling credit. We were making major changes to the service at the time and therefore the system was not available. The service is back now and we ensure that there won’t be any such issues any more. We highly appreciate your patience and support.

Why am I getting this messge?
You do not have enough balance to make this call.
    It shows a balance of 4.75. I don’t understand what’s going on.
